Toruzyme® 3.0 L is a cyclodextrin-glucanotransferase. It allows you to efficiently produce cyclodextrins for a multitude of applications.
Cyclodextrin variety
With this product, you can tailor reaction time. That means you can produce alpha- beta- and gamma- cyclodextrins in variable ratios.
Novozymes Toruzyme® 3.0 L catalyzes the formation of alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrins from starch. That allows you to produce cyclodextrins for a wide range of applications.
