Dextranase® Plus L allows you to efficiently degrade dextran in sugar processing.
Viscosity Reduction
This product breaks down dextrans present in raw sugar juices and syrups. That lowers viscosity and allows you to maintain plant capacities.
Dextranase® Plus L breaks down large dextran molecules into shorter fragments. That significantly reduces the viscosity of the high-Brix process materials.
