Promozyme® D6

Promozyme® D6 is a thermostable pullulanase. It's formulated to have triple the concentration of our D2 version. It's suitable for use in maltose production. It provides rapid debranching. That allows you to quickly and consistently meet your final sugar specifications.

  • Quick debranching of oligosaccharides

    This product can quickly break down 1-6 polysaccharide bonds. That enables more efficient use of dextrose- and maltose- producing enzymes. These include beta-amylases and glucoamylases.

Promozyme® D6 reduces levels of branched oligosaccharides and increases your maltose yield.
