Classical strain enzyme

This enzyme product is not a GMO and doesn't contain GMOs. It's made by fermentation of a microorganism. The microorganism is not modified by modern biotechnology.
Nor is it present in the final product.

How to use

Use this product at 53-55°C, as lower temperatures increase the risk of microbial problems. The enzyme is also active at temperatures up to 60°C, but temperatures above 60°C are difficult to control in the plant.
