Pectinex® Ultra SP-L
Pectinex® Ultra SP-L is effective in mash treatment of purees, vegetables and olives. It gives you higher juice yield and improved extraction. It also rapidly reduces viscosity for easier handling.
Pectinex® Ultra SP-L is a blend of pectinases, hemicellulases and beta-glucanases.
