Viscozyme® L delivers a higher oil yield from green olives with a maturity index of 1-4. It also improves your process through faster, more efficient oil/water separation.
Viscozyme® L is a blend of beta-glucanases, pectinases, hemicellulases and xylanases. It efficiently macerates green olives.
