Protamex®
Promatex® for animal protein extraction is a granulated, very broad-spectrum endo-protease. It provides an extensive hydrolysis. It is often used in isolation in the hydrolysis process but can also be combined with an exo-protease for superior flavor benefits.
Promatex® is effective in pet food and meat protein hydrolysate applications.
