Mannanase enzymes help break these stains down by cutting mannan molecules into tiny sugars that dissolve in the wash water. Doing storage enzymes can loss activity over time when exposed to tough conditions.
In powder detergents high temperature, humidity or bleach exposure over longer periods may cause the enzymes to loss activity.
In liquid detergents enzymes are stable in the right mix of pH, water content, polyol content and protease inhibition. When exposed to high temperatures or if your formulation needs go beyond ideal conditions for the enzymes, enzyme activity could drop over time.
