Lift® Intent 100 L delivers effective removal of stains from high-fiber cereals including oats, barley and spelt.
Licheninase enzymes target the stains left behind by foods containing high-fiber cereals. Licheninases break down the sticky carbohydrate known as beta-glucan that makes these stains so stubborn. Beta-glucan is found in many high-fiber cereals such as oats, barley and spelt. Globally, there is a trend towards incorporating more of these high-fiber cereals in diets.
