How to use

The pulp wash/core wash process needs a multi-stage counter-current extraction system. This system extracts the juice and solids contained in the pulp. Add this product at the first stage of the extraction process. That helps to increase juice yield, extract solids and lower the viscosity of the pulp wash.

You can also use this product to to reduce the viscosity of a non-enzymatic pulp-wash product before final concentration.
