Pectinex^® XXL for clarification is active and effective at temperatures up to 60 °C. That allows you to cut your processing times. With Pectinex^® BE XXL you also get guaranteed color stability without side activities.

Description Details

Pectinex^® XXL is a blend of pectinases, hemicellulases and arabinanases. It delivers highly efficient color extraction in juices and concentrates. It also gives you stable color.

How to use

This product has a temperature range of 50-55°C. Add it to the clarification tank for a holding time of 2 hours.
