Quara® LowP for full degumming of vegetable oils allows you to increase your oil yield. It also allows you to eliminate phosphorous impurities. That means you can consistently meet end-product specifications for phosphorus levels without adjusting temperature or oil pH.  The result is lower operating costs.

Quara® LowP releases more neutral oil. That's because its high activity on phospholipids means it hydrolyzes more of them. That allows you to increase your oil yield and your profitability. This robust and innovative PLA1  enzyme weakens the emulsifying properties of gums. That makes phosphorous removal easier.  With Quara® LowP you also reduce the need for acid and caustic soda in your refining process. That means a reduction in the formation of low value by-products like gums and soap.
