Lipex® Evity® 100 T removes oily, greasy and fatty stains.
Lipases target fats, oils and grease. Many foods, and especially fast foods, leave greasy stains behind. Fatty stains from foods like burgers and fries are a challenge for consumers. By breaking down the lipid molecules in oily stains into smaller pieces, lipases allow them to mix more easily with the detergent. This boosts the detergent’s effect, making lipases essential to the performance consumers want.

Doing storage enzymes can loss activity over time when exposed to tough conditions.
In powder detergents high temperature, humidity or bleach exposure over longer periods may cause the enzymes to loss activity.
In liquid detergents enzymes are stable in the right mix of pH, water content, polyol content and protease inhibition. When exposed to high temperatures or if your formulation needs go beyond ideal conditions for the enzymes, enzyme activity could drop over time.
