This product minimizes reversion and delivers a high level of debranching activity. The result is high final dextrose (DX) levels and decreased non-fermentables (isomaltose) in fermentation.
High dry substance (DS)
With this product you can run saccharification at high dry substance (DS) levels and still meet dextrose (DX) purity targets. This can deliver energy savings in evaporation.
Saccharification speed
This product provides rapid dextrose (DX) formation. That means your plant can meet targets, even when saccharification times are short.

Ease of inactivation
